RESTORE

Soft tissue work combined with agility drills, joint mobilizations, and release techniques, this hour will teach your body to engage in the way it was meant to. Unwind from your chair and your couch with ball rolling, and work with different loads to rewire your brain and restructure your neurological self.

Traditional Hatha yoga mixed with some more modern mobility techniques to create strength at end ranges of motion for maximum mobility.
